1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Items purchased via Cash on Delivery (COD) are eligible for return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • In the original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as opened cosmetics, perfumes, personal care items, and discounted or sale items, are non-returnable.

2. Refund Process for Cash on Delivery Orders

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email about the status of your refund.
  • Refunds for COD orders will be issued as follows:
    • You can request a bank transfer for the refund amount if preferred. Please note that processing the refund via bank transfer may take 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
  • We will need your bank details for processing the transfer, including your account number, bank name, and IFSC code.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund via bank transfer after the stated timeframe, please double-check your account and contact our support team at brandluxe2024@gmail.com.
  • We will be happy to assist you in tracking and ensuring your refund is processed.

4. Exchanges

  • Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at brandluxe2024@gmail.com to initiate the process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a reliable and trackable shipping service, especially for high-value returns, to ensure the safe return of your items.
